美しい青と梅の文様が印象的な、半世紀近く愛され続けている器。
家族の食卓で長く使われてきた、思い出とともに受け継がれる器です。時を重ねても色褪せない美しさと、暮らしに自然と馴染む佇まいが魅力です。
伝統的な手濃（てだみ）の技法を用い、梅の紋様をアレンジした「ねじり梅」シリーズ。
深みのある美しい青は、この器の魅力のひとつ。職人が「濃だみ筆（だみふで）」と呼ばれる専用の太い筆を使い、指先で呉須絵具のしずくを細かく調整しながら、一つひとつ丁寧に染め上げています。
手仕事によって生まれる青の濃淡や筆の表情には、それぞれ異なる個性があります。わずかな違いも、染付ならではの味わいとしてお楽しみください。表面はつるっとした艶のある質感す。
2011年にはグッドデザイン・ロングライフデザイン賞を受賞。

The “Nejiri Ume” series features a beautifully arranged plum motif, created using the traditional tedami hand-painting technique.
The deep, rich blue is one of the defining features of this collection. Using a specialised thick brush called a damifude, skilled artisans carefully apply the gosu pigment, adjusting the flow of each drop with their fingertips to create each piece by hand.
The subtle variations in colour depth and brush movement are a reflection of the craftsmanship behind each piece. These individual differences are part of the charm of hand-painted blue and white porcelain. The surface has a smooth, glossy finish, giving the pieces a refined and tactile quality.
From everyday dishes such as tamagoyaki to special occasions featuring sushi and sashimi, the rectangular plate brings a touch of Japanese elegance to a variety of dining scenes.
Awarded the Good Design Long Life Design Award in 2011, this is a timeless piece that continues to be cherished across generations.

Established in 1779, the Hakusan Porcelain Company is a ceramics manufacturer located in Hasami, Nagasaki Prefecture (in Kyushu, southern Japan). Close to the famous ceramic arts town of Arita, the small town of Hasami has a 400-year history of porcelain production.
